This page is for parents and carers to use to access resources that may help you to help your child at home.
Firstly, please note that there is another web page called Helping Your Child with Anxiety and Other Issues in the Parents section of this website which signposts you to many good resources. This page however, will be different in that it will provide or signpost to resources that are more relevant to the COVID-19 crisis.
All resources have been recommended by professionals within West Sussex. Have a look and hopefully you will find something of use!

The resource below is adapted from The Zones of Regulation by Leah M. Kuypers, an intervention which is designed to foster self-regulation and emotional control.
There are many suggestions contained within these documents. Dip in and see what you find!
The advice below is for parents of children with a diagnosis of ASC or autistic-type tendencies.
The link above provides many activities, resources and advice that you can use to support yourself and your child at home during the COVID-19 crisis.
Whilst it is aimed at families of children with special educational needs, including those with profound and multiple learning difficulties, there are still many links provided which would be beneficial to families of pupils at Pound Hill Junior School.
See below to find out about charities who can support the wellbeing of families during this time:
The resources listed below are aimed at children. More resources aimed at children can be found via links in the documents in the left column.
