Firstly, please note that there is another web page called Helping Your Child with Anxiety and Other Issues in the Parents section of this website which signposts you to many good resources. This page however, will be different in that it will provide or signpost to resources that are more relevant to the COVID-19 crisis.
All resources have been recommended by professionals within West Sussex. Have a look and hopefully you will find something of use!
