PE homework for all the kids this weekend. Write down and plan a workout with your 10 favourite moves. You choose the work and rest times.
The workout needs to be a total of 20 minutes long. Take a photo of your workout with your age, name and place you live and I'll choose one and we will do that workout LIVE with the world one day next week :)

Keeping fit and healthy is very important especially as you may not be able to do your usual sports that keep you fit. Whilst being at home it can be very tempting to sit and watch a screen and have longer periods of time of being inactive. There are so many different activities being offered for free to keep you moving inside your own home. This page will be updated to include many different activities. You may even discover something new!
 
*Make sure you have enough space where ever you choose to be active and take care to warm your body up.
