We are a thriving, oversubscribed, school which prides itself on its very high level of inclusion and a very positive and caring atmosphere for learning.
We have excellent staff and facilities and we always strive to build upon this. We believe in taking every opportunity of consulting with the children and involving yourselves to see what would best benefit the children and their education.
We were delighted that the following was recognised in our most recent Ofsted inspection, June 2008:

-An excellent commitment to inclusion
-A harmonious, caring and supportive environment
-Well rounded pupils both socially and academically, who are polite, mature and articulate
-A good curriculum, meeting the needs of all pupils
-A clear commitment to improve with a an effective senoir management team and a good governing body

This tells you that every child really does matter at Pound Hill Juniors. We help to create such wonderful, mature and sensible young people whose behaviour is excellent.
